Reiki is like a warm hug for your nervous system, offering time and space to promote relaxation, to re set and create balance. Each session may vary from one time to the next, evoking emotional responses, deep relaxation, visual experience or quite simply nothing at all. (Which doesn’t mean that nothing has happened / worked).
Initial session gives time to discuss the form completed at the time of booking, discuss what to expect during and after, receive reiki, following the reiki treatment we will discuss your experience and book your next appointment, should you wish to book another. Hot tea will be offered.
Forms to be completed at time of booking, should any changes occur, please update us at your earliest convenience. Bookings not attended/ cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment, will incur 100% of the booking fee. Bookings cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment will incur 50% booking charge.
